Where in Omaha would I find the best (non-chain) burger?

A little mom n pop bar called Stellas in Bellevue.. Just outside of Omaha has the best home made burgers in the world.

how about Goldbergs, either on 132nd and Center or 50th and Dodge?

Goldbergs. Those are tasty burgers.

The new Lazlo%26#39;s on 192nd Street just north of Center has a good burger - although its kind of a chain. Granite City at the Westroads has a good burger as well. King Kong is a local outfit with a few locations 72nd and Q , and 40 something and Dodge- they have quite good burgers as well as Gyros. Goldbergs as was mentioned has a decent burger.

We were disappointed with the Scarlet and Cream Letter club sports bar near Village Point.

Red Robin has some good selections as well.

I dont hit many non chains it seems - there are not a lot of mom and pop joints being built - just the big boys.

More good choices.. I do concur, especially about King Kong.

Top three are.....

Stellas.. Goldbergs.. and King Kong. I%26#39;m not gonna try to rank them in any sort of order... All three are great choices.

stellas is crap - fuddruckers is awesome

I%26#39;d put a vote in for Dinkers in downtown Omaha. Stellas is excellent too.

What about Louie M%26#39;s Burger Lust on 15th and Vinton?

Goldberg%26#39;s at 50th and Dodge. They also have the best Bloody Marys by far of anywhere I%26#39;ve been.
