Hotel with good Bar/Restaurant

Looking for a hotel downtown Lincoln, that has a great Bar.

Or any other good bars/lounges in the downtown area. Not looking for nightclubs or sports bars, but something someone in their thirties might enjoy.

I suggest staying at the Embassy Suites or Holiday Inn. Both are located downtown, have restaurants/bars attached but are also walking distance to several other area restaurants and bars.
