Probably depends on high close you want to be to the Qwest. The Old Mattress Factory is really close and I imagine it%26#39;ll have a good atmosphere prior to the concert due to its location. Good food and service.
The Old Market will be busy all around due to the concert, so allow plenty of time to park, walk, eat, and get to the Qwest.

Anchor Inn is a short drive, but not walkable. Bar atmoshere with concerts! Drinks are good, can%26#39;t vouch for food. http://www.anchorinnbar.com

Across the river is Islamorada Fish Co in the Bass Pro Shop. Good seafood!
