I%26#39;d check the local newspaper, the Omaha World Herald, for downtown listings. Also, there are several realtors specializing in the downtown area- one that I know of is Dundee Real Estate. Also try the online searches, Google omaha apartments and you will get several listing agencies.

Be picky about your location downtown. There are some VERY nice, safe areas and apartments, but also some less desireable, and the good and bad may only be a couple blocks apart!
