A serious accommodation question

After all the adverts I%26#39;ve come up with a proper question that I hope someone might be able to help us with.

This April we are planning to travel from Geneva Nebraska to Rapid City South Dakota via the Badlands. We have two days for this journey and thought it might make sense to break the journey in or around Valentine. We found a B%26amp;B called the Walcott Inn but have discoverd it has closed so are we limited to motels or is there anywhere else in town or close by that is a little bit different?

Haven%26#39;t stayed there, usually driving through. Last year we stayed in Winner SD on way to Rapid City area. Winner has a nice drive-in theater!

Highlight of trip was the Circle View Guest Ranch, Scenic SD (by badlands). It lives up to its TA reputation!

Hey, Adam! Did you look at the ';specialty'; tab of the Hotels tab? There%26#39;s a working cattle ranch that has cabins. One review, but they liked it. In any case, it does sound different.

The ranch looks interesting but for one night it%26#39;s a bit out of the way so we might just settle for a motel of which there are a couple of decent sounding ones in town.
