I will be in Lincoln this weekend for a football game. What some bars and resturants to go to. What is there to do in Lincoln on Friday before the game?

Misty%26#39;s and Grandmother%26#39;s are great places to visit on Friday before a game. Grandmother%26#39;s restaurant has some of the pep band in the lounge. There are many bars on O ST. (west of 18th St.) and some in the Haymarket, which is located west of 10th St. P,Q,R area. Here there are also some boutiques and restaurants. You could tour the capital for free on Friday afternoon. The capital is located between 14th and 16th St., south of O, from most places in Lincoln, you can see the tower and the statue of the sower on top. Most NE fans will welcome you and be glad that you came to enjoy a game. Embassy Suites, at 1040 P St.has a tail gate party on Sat. at 9:30a.m. with doors open at 9:00 a.m. You don%26#39;t have to be a guest at the hotel to go to the party.

In case of rain, remember you can%26#39;t take umbrellas into Memorial Stadium, you will have to wear a water-proof jacket or poncho to stay dry.
